Privacy Policy

AI Labs is a custom-AI agency with roots in Beirut, working with businesses worldwide. This site is our marketing site and the place you book a free consultation. If you have any question about your data, email us at teams@ailabs.technology.

We only collect what we need to help you. Specifically:

• When you book a consultation (through the form or through Aria): your name, email, and the details you choose to share — company, industry, the challenge you want to solve, your preferred time, and how you'd like to meet (Google Meet, WhatsApp, or Zoom) with the contact you give for it.
• When you chat with Aria: the messages you send. We keep the recent conversation for up to 24 hours so Aria can follow the thread, and we store a random identifier in your browser to keep your session continuous. This is not an advertising cookie and isn't shared with anyone.
• Basic technical data for security and abuse-prevention: your IP address and browser type, used to rate-limit requests. We don't build advertising profiles from it.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we don't use cross-site tracking cookies.

• To schedule and confirm your consultation, and to email you about it.
• To understand what you're looking for so our follow-up is useful and specific, not generic.
• To improve the site and the assistant.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Aria is powered by third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic's Claude). When you chat, your messages are sent to them to generate replies, under their terms. We also run our own knowledge-base search on our own servers. We rely on a small number of other providers to run the service:

• Email (Resend) — to send confirmations, verification links, and our internal alerts.
• Google Calendar — if you book and we confirm, we may create a calendar event on our own calendar with your email as an attendee. This is governed by Google's terms.
• Hosting & infrastructure — the site and database run on our own dedicated setup.

These providers process your data only to deliver their part of the service. We don't sell your data to anyone.

• Chat conversation memory: about 24 hours.
• Booking records and the notes we compile from a conversation: kept while we may follow up with you, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Security logs (IP/user-agent): kept briefly for abuse prevention.

• You can leave optional fields blank — only your name, email, and a chosen time are needed to book.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time — email teams@ailabs.technology and we'll take care of it.
• You can clear the assistant's session anytime by clearing your browser's site data.

This is a service for businesses. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
